AERALIS

AERALIS

The revolution that almost was

Until AERALIS sadly closed its doors in May of 2026, it had been making remarkable progress in its ambition to revolutionise the defence aviation industry with its modular aircraft system – an innovative approach to reduce cost, simplify supply chains, and enhance operational flexibility and collaboration with allies.

Competing in an industry dominated by incumbent giants, AERALIS needed a brand estate and supporting materials that underlined its credibility, vision and ability to deliver.

EllisJames was involved from the very early years of AERALIS's journey right up to the very end. We enjoyed a truly rewarding close partnership with the company's founders and engineers, and supported the brand as it engaged industry, government officials and politicians, top brass in the RAF and air forces from around the world and a community of potential suppliers across the length of the UK.

We designed, wrote and delivered brochures and websites, modelled aircraft, designed liveries, supported bids, photographed events, produced 3D animated videos, created countless slide decks and designed multi-million pound exhibition stands - as well as managing their social media content and massively increasing their followers and digital engagement. We miss AERALIS and working with its team of very good, very talented people.
